Yes. All of our candles are vegan, cruelty-free and hand-poured in small batches.

We use high-quality natural soy wax in all Forest View Estate candles. Soy wax is vegan, clean-burning and biodegradable, allowing our fragrances to shine beautifully while creating a soft, even burn.

Our 300g candles burn for approximately 45–55 hours, depending on care and environment. Our 210g travel tins burn for approximately 30–35 hours. Proper candle care will maximise burn time.

For best results: • Trim the wick to 5mm before each burn • Allow the wax to melt fully to the edges on the first burn (to prevent tunnelling) • Do not burn for longer than 3–4 hours at a time • Keep away from drafts This ensures a clean, even burn every time.

Because we use natural soy wax, minor variations in texture, colour or finish can occur. This is completely normal and does not affect performance — it’s part of the beauty of natural wax.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on used candles. If your candle arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days with photos and we will gladly assist you.

Yes. Once finished, simply wash the jar with warm soapy water and reuse it for storage, decor, or recycling.
